Workers’ Educational Association
(Project 2)

This project worked with governors and trustees to capture the skills and knowledge needed by strategic decision makers to drive forward the management and use of technologies in learning.

Read the report to find out how trustees at WEA are saving time by using flipped learning to support meetings and how they are driving an organisation wide ‘Go Digital’ campaign.

Final report

  • Explore guiding principles for introducing new technologies;
  • Pose questions about learning technologies that need to be answered at a strategic level;
  • Model different ways that technology can be used to support governance structures, including the use of flipped learning.

Workers’ Educational Association | LfuturesListen to Jan Ball, the Project Lead, talking about the project in a webinar.

“This project and the resources we have developed have been a catalyst enabling us to re-focus and drive the learning technologies agenda forward within the WEA.”

Jo Cain, Director of Education and Deputy CEO for WEA.
